At HiaMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Products like personal care, perishable goods, digital items, or customized items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Refund Process

Initiate a refund request via your HiaMart account or contact our support team.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your  account again.

Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
