1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above BDT 10000.

For orders below BDT 10000, a flat rate shipping charge applies depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

You can track your order through the HiaMart platform or by contacting support.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you.

After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled or held at the nearest delivery hub.
